Antique Barbour Silver Co repousse brides basket with handle, pattern 3731

Beautiful antique Barbour Silver Company brides basket with handle in the 3731 pattern. It has design all over it in a repousse style. This basket is metal, and I´m not sure if it is silverplate or sterling, Barbour Silver Co was bought out by International Silver in 1898, so this piece dates prior to that time. It is tarnished all over, and the place where one of the ends of the handle attaches is coming apart /cracked. Please see the photos for more details.
