Vintage Lillie Rubin Skirt and Jacket set. This lovely outfit is very classy with the black and white look. I love the white quilted collar on the jacket. Seems very 80s to me. Jacket has cool buttons to add to this great piece. Overall is really great vintage shape. Skirt has side zipper. One small discolor spot on color as pictured.
