I ask that customers keep in mind that each piece has hours of work put into design & manufacturing. Halloween Costume items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or the wrong item has been sent. Custom orders cannot be returned. Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays. If your item has been damaged in the mail please send me pictures & we can further discuss options. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me. in the rare case that an item must be returned, a 25% restock fee will be charged, meaning the customer will receive 75% of the returned item´s value, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
