Very Rare Vintage Betsey Johnson Black Dress with Hot Pink Tulle

Doesn’t this dress give youthful Audrey Hepburn vibes??? I have always loved it since I saw it at the Betsey Johnson boutique. I have never seen anything like it. I brought it home, but never found a place to wear it to. That’s right, this has NEVER BEEN WORN. It’s been in my closet since 2009. I have never seen another one available. Absolutely stunning strapless formal dress. Slip layer with tulle over the top so it isn’t itchy underneath. Hot pink tulle gives it such a Betsey Johnson rocker vibe, but the top structured layer keeps it classy. The pink tulle has some tiny, hardly noticeable pulls, shown in the pics.
