Very rare vintage ruby or garnet and buffalo Torqouise (?) Sterling

I believe this is a size 7 but misplaced my ring sizer so I can´t say for certain. I also wish I knew more about this piece but after much research with the help of Google lens, I can´t say much more than I know this is a very old vintage piece that has several rubies encrusted with the center stone believed to be buffalo Torqouise. any information or other educated guesses welcome. the price of this is subject to change as I get more info on this bad boy
