Gorgeous couture dress by Maick Harold Paris 80s brown and tan button down ruffle collar dress with a pencil skirt with slit in front. French cuff puffSleeves. Side zipper. Note there are tiny pin holes a couple on the sleeve (see pics), spots seems like possibly oil, can be removed with stain remove.
