Details:Elegant Sterling Silver Mohave Purple Turquoise Bolo Tie - Western Cowboy Necklace Gift for Men & Women: This handmade, western style bolo tie features a Mohave Purple Turquoise stone. . Mohave Purple Turquoise is made by taking pieces of blue stabilized Kingman Turquoise & dyeing them purple. These are then mixed with a bronze matrix material & a few pieces of undyed blue Kingman Turquoise. The mixture is then pressed into a solid block. This stone was shaped & polished by hand in our workshop in Arizona & it is stunning. The stone has a great purple color with blue spots & bronze veins that really pop in this setting. We also made the new sterling silver setting. It was left a little "rough" around the edges to give it a slightly "handmade vintage" look. It definitely doesn´t look like it was mass produced in a factory. The Purple Turquoise is 42mm tall x 37mm wide (1 5/8" x 1 7/16"). The setting is 49mm tall x 42mm wide (1 15/16" x 1 5/8") & has a tension clasp. The stainless steel tension clasp is easier on the cord & easier on the user also. The black leather cord is 38" long. It has sterling silver tips with 6mm ball ends. They are 47mm (1 7/8") long. If you don´t like the cord, don´t worry, it can be switched to something more to your liking upon request. The cord can also be shortened or lengthened upon request This is a great looking western bolo tie that can be worn by either men or women. You can wear it loose for an informal look or cinch it up tight for a more traditional western style. This one of a kind bolo tie will add that perfect touch of class for an affordable price!
