So 40 inches total without stretching. It’s made to stretch & will stretch another 10 plus inches. It is 20 inches long. The bra is tagged a size 2 as well, I do not know what cup size it’s made to fit. I am a 38G & it will fit me but I’d likely spill a little at the top. The way it’s made, with the straps on the top popping a little won’t look bad at all. It’s very versatile. I LOVE this set. Unfortunately I’m a 14/16 & it’s far too big.
