Vintage Libbey Blown Glass Rock Sharpe Marshfield Tall Champagne Set of 5

The Cataract Company was originally formed in 1914 by Alfred H. Sharpe. Until 1920, the firm was known as Cataract Glass Company. Cataract-Sharpe cut many intricate, deep-cut crystal patterns. Many of the designs were ornately done and brilliantly polished. A fern-like leaf design was a very typical design for Sharpe and it appears in a variety of their cut patterns. For many years, Cataract-Sharpe had purchased blanks from the Libbey Glass. In 1947 Libbey bought Rock Sharpe.These are Tall Champagne in the Marshfield pattern that was discontinued around 1939. They are 5 3/4 in high, , 3 3/4 in at the rim and hold 8 oz.
