Vintage 1970s 1980s Dress with Pockets, Parade Pastel Plaid Shirtwaist

Charming vintage later 1970s early 1980s dress in pastel plaid-like check. Shirtwaist style very reminiscent of the 1950s with buttons up the front and two hip pockets!. Label reads: Parade and it has a Union Made label as well. Looks and feels like a cotton. Large sized I´d say but do see measurements below. Excellent vintage condition. There is a small patched repair in the skirt, see photos. And I did spot a half inch sized hole at the corner of a pocket that Id id not se when taking photos as its mostly hidden by the pocket itself. Measurements when lying flat.
