Alvina Q. Zuni Sterling & Turquoise Pendant

Shirley, Diane Lonjose, Lorraine and Alvina Quam grew up watching their mother Alice Quam make jewelry. Each of them would eventually make their own handmade creations, some following the style of their mother’s and others something different. Alvina went with a classic Zuni technique, not cluster, but carved turquoise. She has filled this 1980´s pendant with a piece of sky blue Sleeping Beauty carved turquoise stone. This pendant is 30+ years old and will look amazing on a necklace. It measures 36mm x 13mm
