Pale Jade Carved Wind Chime

Lovely to see, magical to hold, this wind chime features two dragons holding the flaming pearl of knowledge at the top of the carving, while there´s another subject in the center. This wind chime is delicately threaded on red cord, with a bead at the bottom. Colors in the jade range from palest orchid to white, to nearly black, even some yellow within the center enclosed carving. Please note that I am selling the carved object, not the color of the jade.The chime measures 2 1/8 inn diameter, and is approximately 3/8 inch thick. A lucky talisman, for the dragons represent all power, the flaming pearl all knowledge. Circa 1910.A few words about Jade colorings:As early as the Han Dynasty and in the Middle Ages, reddish to reddish brown colors were wanted. The coloring was carried out in boiling greases with corresponding ingredients such as iron compounds, which caused a beautiful brown, to reddish brown color of the jade. It is for this reason I cannot guarantee colors is natural.
