Men’s vintage art deco Gowel mechanical watch

This is a stunning piece and it’s hard to let go of. Case could be sterling silver but is untested. Seconds hand is detached and crown is missing so I’m unsure it if runs but please assume it needs a service. There aren’t many men’s pieces like this. Radium lume on hands and indices date it back to pre 1967 but it looks to be 19020’s-30’s. Restored, these sell for a nice price.Sold as is please not for parts!
