40s French vintage jacket, double-breasted, 1940s

This is a vintage double-breasted jacket from 1940s France.There are many areas where the fabric is worn or has been re-sewn.I purchased it in this condition, so I don´t know the details.Also, there are many wrinkles, so I recommend cleaning if you want to wear it in a clean style.I usually collect 30s and 40s British vintage suits, so I bought this to learn about the differences from British suits.The fabric feels like linen, and it has a true French vintage feel.For reference, please see photo 12, which compares the fabric with a 40s British-made suit.Due to the camera, the fading appears slightly more noticeable, but I think it´s not that noticeable to the naked eye.Shoulder width: 45cmPit-to-pit width: 53cmWaist width: 49cmLength: 73cmSleeve length: 59.5cmLapel width: 10cm
