【Vintage】 Italian Made Slip-ons

Is this an Italian-made loafer? Or would slipper be a more accurate description?It´s a very comfortable and elegant shoe.I haven´t worn it myself, so I believe it´s in good condition.However, there are quite a few pebbles stuck to the insole, so I´ll post pictures if someone is interested in buying it.Thank you for your understanding.
