Green lace festival fairy skirt wrap

This is a one of a kind, brand new, handmade festival-type skirt. Made of green lace and cotton. As you can see, it’s gorgeous! Never worn. No stains or tears. It adjustable with a row of bottoms to to fit to your size. Because of this I can’t say what specific size it is, but could fit a medium or large waist.It is missing one button that is easily replaceable.
