British Retro Navy Boucle Skirt

Brand new w tags. UK size 12 in deep navy blue w oversized gold plastic buttons. This fabric is amazing!! It´s soo soft (think poodle fur after a bath) and perfect for fall and winter. Please see measurements in photos, and although the fabric is very stretchy, the waistband is not. I love this skirt so much I reordered it in multiple colors and have just gained to much menopause weight.
