70s Vintage Deadstock NWT Fredricks of Hollywood Black Fringe Wrap Skirt

This is a gorgeous 1970s vintage fredricks of hollywood deadstock NWT skirt. It is a wrap style black skirt with fringe detailing along the bottom. It closes with two button closures. It is marked a size small with measurements in photos; however, I believe the buttons can be moved to make the skirt bigger - there is a lot of fabric wrapped underneath and its held shut in modeling photos and looks just fine. In good vintage condition with no major flaws to note.
