This is a beautiful prom dress that has been worn only once for prom and has been freshly dry cleaned already it is classy yet shows off just the right amount of skin and will come with a hoop for underneath to make it extra poofy and princess like :) (the hoop is not attached to the dress you do not need to put it on)
