Prom dress/ formal dress

It is silk at the bottom and more glittery at top not really has never been worn and I got it for a prom dress but can be for any occasion. It flares out at the bottom starting from your waist down. It’s a size three and is a light peach color tone has been tighten by a designer and cut and bottom so it won’t be so long by a designer. We took it to another lady and paid for the dress to be tightenedand anything to be fixed with it.
