I wash it every two days, I try to eat healthy, I walk three to four times a week, I eat vegetable fruits and meat, eggs and spinach, I take multivitamins, magnesium, zinc and collagen, green tea at night, little or no sugar,I don´t smoke I drink alcohol I only wine occasionally.I wash my hair with products that are not very expensive but not very cheap either. I put Aloe Vera all over my scalp and castor or coconut oil to the ends.I live a healthy life with little stress. I have a happy marriage with an excellent successful daughter.Thank God
